Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Awesome as a snack if friends come over or just for so. Easy to make, and tastes great.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 3 potato Large, cut in wedges
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon italian seasonings
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/2 cup mozarella grated cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
- Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle potato wedges with shredded Parmesan cheese and toss again.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, Italian seasonings, garlic powder and paprika. Sprinkle seasoning onto potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Place potato wedges on a baking sheet with skin sides down. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C until potatoes are fork-tender and golden.
- Optional: after taking wedges out of oven, you can toss some grated mozzarella or gouda cheese over it and leave melt.
